Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information if tracking is included with your selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
For U.S. orders, we offer flat-rate shipping options and calculated express shipping options. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package weight, package size, destination, and shipping method.
🇺🇸 Shipping Within the United States
We use USPS and/or UPS to ship orders within the United States. The carrier used may vary depending on package size, weight, destination, and available shipping rates.
U.S. Shipping Options
Sticker Mail — No Tracking: estimated 5–10 business days
Economy Shipping: estimated 5–8 business days
Standard Shipping: estimated 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail Express, calculated at checkout
Free Shipping: available on qualifying orders of $120 or more
Sticker Mail is sent by stamped mail and does not include tracking. For tracked delivery, please select Economy, Standard, or Express Shipping at checkout.
🌎 International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries and regions listed at checkout.
International shipping options vary by destination and may include USPS International, UPS International, and/or DHL Express.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package weight, package size, destination, and shipping method.
Estimated delivery times vary by selected shipping method and destination.
🇨🇦 Shipping to Canada
We ship to Canada using USPS International and/or UPS when available.
Final-mile delivery for USPS shipments may be completed by Canada Post.
Customers in Canada may be responsible for applicable GST, HST, PST, customs duties, handling fees, or other import-related charges assessed by Canadian authorities or the carrier.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated at checkout. Any applicable import taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
🇲🇽 Shipping to Mexico
We ship to Mexico using USPS International, UPS International, and/or DHL Express when available.
Available shipping options may include:
USPS First Class Package International: lower-cost international option
UPS International: faster international option
DHL Express Worldwide: premium express international option
Customers may be responsible for import taxes, duties, customs handling fees, or other local charges assessed by Mexican authorities or the carrier.

🇬🇧 🇪🇺 🇨🇭 Shipping to the United Kingdom, European Union/EEA & Switzerland
We ship to the United Kingdom, select countries in the European Union and European Economic Area, and Switzerland using USPS International, UPS International, and/or DHL Express when available.
Available shipping options may include:
USPS First Class Package International: lower-cost international option
UPS Worldwide Expedited / UPS Worldwide Saver: faster international options
DHL Express Worldwide: premium express international option
Customers may be responsible for VAT, import duties, customs handling fees, or other local charges assessed by their country’s customs authority or the carrier.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated at checkout. Any applicable import taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not currently ship using the IOSS scheme.
🌏 Shipping to Australia, New Zealand, and Select Asia/Middle East Destinations
We ship to select international destinations including Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates.
Shipping options may include:
USPS First Class Package International: lower-cost international option
DHL Express Worldwide: premium express international option

If your country is not available, you may contact us to request a custom international order. Custom shipping requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
Additional shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or delivery restrictions may apply depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for any applicable import fees unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Customs Delays & Refused Shipments
Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of unpaid taxes, duties, customs fees, or import restrictions:
The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees may be deducted from any possible refund.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
Mombacho Goods Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Returns & Exchanges
International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
